About Us

McKinney Racquet Club is family owned and operated.  David has been playing racquet sports since a very young age when what seems like ages ago in 1965 he won the under 12 year old group national tennis championship in his native Cuba, he started playing racquetball in 1991 and with his sons David, Mark and Jason played throughtout the California tournament circuit having won divisions he entered in Riverside, Canoga Park, South Bay, Bakersfield, Anaheim and more.  David's greatest joy was watching his son Mark earn a Junior World Championship Silver medal in the 16 and under division at Los Caballeros Country Club and his son Jeff a gold medal in the 8 and under multi bounce division the same year.

David still plays racquetball regularly and proudly plays with ProKennex equipment as member of the ProKennex Gold Staff, Jeff now a collegiate hockey player is an avid squash player.

All of our racquet stringing is done at home which allows for convenient drop-off and pick up of racquets as well the personal level we can offer by meeting you at your playing location. 

We are based in McKinney Texas, and are always looking to make new friends on the court and looking forward to getting back on the torunament circuit.
